« Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. « Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. « Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. »

« To take a historic building (a bank) and turn it into a modern day Vrbo is impressive. But incorporating pictures and pieces from the past into the decor was unexpected and amazing. The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. « We had a great stay. The house has an incredible view of the lake. We ate most of our meals on the back porch. The pool isn’t huge, but big enough for our group to stay cool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group. Traci was very responsive when we had questions. « Our stay was great, its a small place but we could see that going in. It had everything needed for our stay and our goal was to spend most of the day on the lake, and the location of this property was perfect for that. We could walk back and forth to the marina with ease. Property had everything we needed for our stay and cold A/C on a very hot week! »
